Very pleased with my personalised oak wooden grave marker with photo plaque which i received today it's so beautifully done and every word i asked for was printed just how i wanted it so amazing. I ordered 2 memorial signs 7 days before Christmas, which although I noted to them that I wiuld be grateful if there was a possibility of delivery before Christmas, I accepted this would not be case as the order stating that they would not be able to deliver them until the 27th at the soonest, but they arrived with me 2 days before Christmas. Very impressed with the speed of the service and the quality of the products. Thank you very much, highly recommended!!

Magnificent piece of workmanship. Everyone says how beautiful it is with clear picture a lovely touch. The Celtic crosses denotes her Irish heritage. Absolutely blown away with it. At a very reasonable price and quick delivery time. I’m sure my wife would have been pleased.

Literally never come across such a foul attitude from a company! Your experience may be ok if all goes well, but if you have even a single queustion to ask about your order then don’t even bother, just go elsewhere straight away because they are not interested in helping you at all. The arrogance of this company is quite unbelievable. Either the manager hasn’t got a clue about customer service OR they really need to have a word with their staff - whoever responds to the customer service emails has absolutely no business working with customers.

We are very sorry to see such a terrible review and we are very sorry to hear you have had such a bad service. As you have left no name we do not know who you are or even if you are a customer of ours? We certainly never treat anybody badly and for that reason we do not have a clue who you could be.
We always resolve problems sensitively, quickly and thoroughly, we have had no customer complaints so again we do not know who you could be, we do not know if you are a customer (did you purchase anything from us?) a competitor or someone who has the wrong company. As all our other feedback shows we always give the very best of service. Again we are very sorry if for some reason you feel this has not been the case and we are deeply saddened to see such a review and to even think we could of upset anyone.
Ordered a name plaque for the new house. The plaque was exactly as expected, very professional looking and great choice of fonts. Customer care team were also most helpful Would most certainly recommend this company to anyone. Five Star feedback !

Very professional company.
Bit shocked at the one star review below, but looking at other reviews they have left it seems like it’s standard behaviour for them to leave such bad feedback.
In my experience .. it was five star.
I now have a lovely memorial to remember my mum and dad.

I ordered a small sign to remember our pets and this was a quality in all respects. The plaque is engraved so there is no worry about print weathering and though my first one arrived damaged the customer service was outstanding in getting me a replacement in fast time. Highly recommended thank you.

This is the second time that I've used 1st 4 Signs Ltd to make commemorative plaques for two much-missed family pets over the last 18 months.
The products have been of a high quality and befitting of their purpose of being a fitting memorial to my pets.
The finished product is excellent and the turnaround of just a couple of days is great.
It was packaged well thankfully because despite the parcel being marked fragile the postman put it through the letterbox. However, it was bubble wrapped well and no damage occurred.
My email enquiry about the order was answered very quickly so customer services are also excellent.
I would highly recommend using this company to make a memorial for any pet that you may have lost.

I lost my wife and she is buried in the local cemetery but unable to erect an headstone until the ground settles so ordered a temporary wooden cross with plaque from 1st4signs.It is really well made and it's nice to know she is not in an unmarked grave any longer.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order soon after placing it due to a mistake on my end. However, the seller was extremely prompt and helpful, giving me a no-quibble refund literally a couple of minutes after I requested cancellation, so for that they get 5 stars for excellent customer service.
I would definitely check them out first for any signs I might need in future, as I know I’ll be looked after.
